What is LRP?

The doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) provides free product credits (points) for monthly purchases ordered on the program. As a participant in the Loyalty Rewards Program, you will immediately begin to earn points that can be used as cash to purchase doTERRA products. The longer you participate, the more points you can earn—up to 30% of your total monthly Loyalty Rewards purchases! (See terms and conditions below.)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn points

  • Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points

  • No maximum monthly points accumulation limit

  • Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue

  • Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only

  • Reward points can be redeemed by phone (Australia: (02) 8015 5080 / US: 1-800-411-8151) or online in the new shopping cart

  • Redemption orders have no PV

  • A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply

  • Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before reward points can be redeemed

  • All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation

  • Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable

  • Products purchased with LRP points are not for resale

  • Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at Australia: (02) 8015 5080 / US: 1-800-411-8151

* Loyalty Rewards orders must exceed 50 PV per single order to earn Reward Points.

LOYALTY REWARDS FAST TRACK

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with a Natural Solutions Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

  • 100 LRP points

  • Start LRP point accrual at 15%

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with an Every Oil Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

  • 200 LRP points

  • Start LRP point accrual at 20%

New Wellness Advocates who enroll with a Diamond Kit and have a 100 PV Loyalty Rewards order the following month* will receive:

  • 400 LRP points

  • Start LRP point accrual at 25%

* Points will be redeemable 60 days following enrolment. If the LRP is cancelled before 60 days, the new Wellness Advocate will not receive points awarded.

Only first-time Wellness Advocates who purchase these specific enrolment kits qualify for the Loyalty Rewards Fast Track Program. Loyalty Rewards Fast Track enrolment orders are not LRP orders and will not count towards Power of 3 bonuses or other LRP benefits.

How do I Place an LRP Order?

HOW DO I PLACE LRP ORDERS (LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM)?

Log into your Virtual Office at www.mydoterra.com. You will automatically be brought to the "Shop" page. There will be a module outlined in purple that reads "Scheduled LRP Orders". Under the header, you will see a list of all active LRP orders associated with your account.

Click on the grey button that contains the LRP number of the LRP you are wishing to edit.

 From there, one can either:

  • Edit Items: Add Items by either 1) Clicking on the "Continue Shopping" button that is located on the bottom left of each page. From here, you will be able to browse through products and add them to their LRP order by selecting "Add to cart" or 2) Typing the whole or partial name in the "Quick Add to Cart" option that is located on the top of the items area on the LRP page. When you are ready to view the totals of the order as it currently stands, select "View totals", which is located in the "Order Summary" module to the right of your items. If you are satisfied with the changes, click on "Save Changes". Your items have now been updated.

  • Edit Shipping: To change ship to address, select the "Edit" option located next to "Ship To" near the top of the page. Shipping method can be edited on the right hand side of the page in the order summary module.  

  • Edit Payment: To edit card information, select "Edit" located next to "Payment" near the top of the page. Here, cards can be edited, added, and deleted.

Please note..

  • All Loyalty rewards orders must run the 1st-28th of the month.

  • Changes to LRP orders must be made before midnight (Mountain Standard Time) of the processing date.

  • LRP orders may be created or changed online. However, the last LRP Order cannot be canceled or deleted online. If you "zero out" your last LRP order online, the changes will not be saved and you will continue to receive your order. Please contact Member Services to permanently delete the last LRP template.


WHEN CAN I REDEEM MY LRP POINTS?

Points will be redeemable 60 days following enrolment. If the LRP is cancelled before 60 days, the new Wellness Advocate will not receive points awarded.

For existing team members you will receive your previous order/s points the following month. For example if you did an LRP order in November your points would be available approximately on the 15th December.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING ON THE LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM?

As a member of the Loyalty Rewards program, you will receive points which you can redeem for free product (please see Point Redemption Orders for further details on points). In addition, if you place an LRP order which reaches 125PV, you will qualify for the Product of the Month Club.The Product of the Month Club is a permanent promotion, with a new free product each month! As a member of the Loyalty Rewards Program, you may also qualify yourself for more commission opportunities.
