Essential Oils Collective Kate Dixon Doterra

This is a very easy way to enjoy the newest essential oil on the block - Turmeric.

You will need:

  • 1 banana (mango would also be delish)

  • 1 cup of almond milk

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds (add more if you like a thicker pudding)

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric

  • 1 drop of turmeric essential oil

Pop all the ingredients except for the chia seeds into a blender to combine. Decant into a glass jar, add the chia seeds and shake to combine. Store in the fridge.

The bub and I love this for afternoon tea.

There is a significant difference between ground turmeric and turmeric essential oil. Ground turmeric is comprised of curcuminoids whereas turmeric essential oil is comprised of turmerones. When we consume ground turmeric and turmeric essential oil together we are turbo charging our bodies ability to consume curcuminoids.
