Ice Blue Essential Oil Blend

Essential Oils Collective Kate Dixon Doterra

Ice blue (also known as Deep Blue in the US) is a doTERRA blend of oils that have been specifically combined to nourish muscles and joints. Ice blue is comprised of Wintergreen, Camphor, Peppermint, Ylang Ylang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus. These oils work together to soothe and cool tired and aching joints and muscles.

Mix a few drops with a carrier oil of your choice (fractionated coconut, sweet almond oil etc) and apply to sore muscles pre or post exercise. After long hours on the computer, try rubbing Ice Blue on your fingers, wrists, shoulders, and neck. It is a WONDERFUL companion to a deep tissue massage. Ice Blue is a potent blend so it is important to always dilute this oil well. Personally, I would only use it on children over the age of thirteen, again - dilute well.
