Easy Air Essential Oil Blend

Essential Oils Collective Kate Dixon Doterra

Easy Air (known as Breathe in the US) is a wonderful blend of pure oils including Laurel Leaf, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lemon, Cardamon, Ravintsara and Ravensara which has been specifically created to support the respiratory system.

This blend is beautiful to diffuse at home or in the workplace during Winter as it maintains feelings of clear airways and easy breathing while reducing the effects of seasonal threats.  I often get the kids to breathe in a drop each morning just as they are about to head to school or if they are feeling a little congested before bed. When suffering from a head cold, Easy Air is lovely to diffuse at bedtime to encourage a restful night’s sleep.

DIY Chest Rub

  • 1/2 cup virgin coconut oil

  • 10 drops of Easy Air

  • 5 drops of Lavender

  • Over a double boiler, melt the coconut oil then pour it into a glass jar. Add the essential oils and mix. Wait for it to cool before rubbing it on the chest, can also be used on the soles of the feet.
