Choc Orange Gut Gummies

Essential Oils Collective Kate Dixon Doterra

Behold the mighty choc orange gut gummy - think a healthy Jaffa.

My cousin alerted me to this variation, I tweaked it just a bit and am happy to report that they are a BIG hit. Super quick and easy to whip up. Get the kids involved, they will LOVE these and make a great lunchbox treat.

You will need:

  • Juice of one orange

  • 1 can of organic coconut milk

  • 3 tablespoons of raw cacao

  • 2 tablespoons of honey/maple syrup/rice malt syrup

  • 7 tablespoons of organic grass fed gelatin

  • 8 drops of doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil.

Method:

  • Combine everything (apart from the essential oil) in a small saucepan and heat gently until everything dissolves.

  • Off the heat, add your wild orange. Combine.

  • Spoon into moulds or just bung it straight into a slice tray.

  • Pop into the fridge until set.

You are done! These guys are moorish, consider yourself warned xx
